The following Medicare Supplement plans are offered by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia. You must be age 65 or older and be enrolled in Parts A and B of Medicare to apply for these plans.
Acceptance into one of the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia 65Plus plans is guaranteed if you are 65 or older and apply within six months after your initial Medicare enrollment. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia requires that you be enrolled in both Parts A and B of Medicare to be eligible for a 65Plus plan. You are also guaranteed acceptance if you are transferring from a goup plan and are in the six month enrollment period. Pre-existing conditions will be waived in these cases.

1 - Area 1 Counties: Clayton, Cobb, Dekalb, Douglas, Fayette, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry and Rockdale Counties.
2 - Area 2 Counties: Remaining Georgia counties excluding those listed in Area 1.
