	PPO Selectý Choice Series III A preferred provider health insurance plan that features a choice of deductibles and a low copay for in-network physician office visits.
	PPO Selectý Saver Series III A preferred provider plan offering a new "back to the basics and cost effective" health insurance plan, designed to provide a selection of benefits, including a choice of deductibles, to fit your health care coverage needs and budget.
	PPO Selectý Basic This preferred provider health insurance plan, either in whole or in part, does not provide state-mandated health benefits normally required in accident and sickness insurance policies in Texas. This standard health benefits plan may provide a more affordable health insurance policy for you although, at the same time, may provide fewer health benefits.
